Jeffrey Garner is fast becoming one of the most pioneering and recognized leaders in the mental health care profession.
Within his extended career of over twenty years in the US Army as a leader he has embodied the mantra 'Failure is Not an Option' this has enabled him to push his clients out of their comfort zone and challenges the stigmas of mental health therapy, therefore perpetuating the strengths in each of his clients 'New Normal'through his 'bottom line up front' (BLUF) technique and consistent approach. Although the therapy model used at the Veteran’s Therapy Haven™ is not your typical “sit and talk” therapy, it is quickly garnering the long overdue recognition it deserves. He has incorporated an Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, Equine Assisted Learning, Veterans Administration PTSD Recovery program with his “gloves off, down in the dirt” approach with some astonishing results. By understanding his own personal mental health concerns, combined with the lack of adequate facilities, qualified providers, his dynamic approach and forward thinking, this sets him apart from everyone else. You will find that he is authentic with a unique charm and charisma. His stature is that of a truly career Non Commissioned Officer, neat clean and orderly (NCO) and with a quick witted humor.
